Dr. Deepika Saxena is B.Com, BCA, MBA, NET Qualified and Ph.D with more than 16 years of experience
in academia and industry. She is a teacher, administrator and a researcher; and has presented
and published several research papers in various conferences and journals of national and international repute.
She has received ‘Best Paper Award’ from IIM-Bangalore for her research paper
titled: ‘Technology based Initiatives by Indian Commercial Banks towards Financial Inclusion’.
She has been conducting MDPs and training sessions on diverse areas of management for several Govt.
organizations and PSBs.
