The Corporate Resource Management Centre (CMRC) is committed to providing placement opportunities to each of its eligible students. The placement cell acts as a facilitator and assists the eligible students in Placement/ Summer Internship/Live Project etc activities.
The team dedicatedly works year-round to prepare the students for a rewarding Placement.
The CRMC invites renowned and reputed brands from all sectors to participate in the campus process. The placement season begins in September.
The team seeks detailed Job Descriptions from the organisation and schedules a Pre-Placement Talk of the prospective recruiter with the students.
Companies conduct pre-placement talks to introduce their organisation and job roles.
Pre-Placement Talks, usually 30-60 minutes, allow students and organisations to interact and exchange information.
Interested students then apply for positions, and their profiles are scrutinised.
Subsequently, shortlisted candidates participate in various selection rounds, which may include written tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
Post the selection process, the organisation is expected to share the result with the placement office on the same day. A formal offer letter may be shared with the Placement Office within two weeks of the declaration of the results.
The selected students accept the offers, and joining takes place per the Placement policy.
